Hi guys! Today is Sunday, which means that it is the weekend. During the weekend I like to relax, plan, and get ready for the week to come. I thought that I would capture the day in this blog and hopefully transfer some of the calmness of the weekend to you. Enjoy!

Morning: Overnight Oats Eating

This morning, I decided to try something new for breakfast. I usually go with eggs and toast, but I was inspired to try overnight oats, so yesterday I soaked some lightly toasted oats, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries in milk and let the mixture sit in the fridge.

When I took it out today, I added cacao nibs, maple syrup, and cinnamon to add extra flavor. It was a welcome and delicious change in my breakfast routine.

Afternoon: Bullet Journal Planning

I next decided to plan in my bullet journal. I’m pretty new to bullet journaling so I made some mistakes, but I think overall I am happy with the outcome. Recently, I’ve been obsessed with the blue and orange color combination, so I decided to include these two colors. 

Evening: Online Organization

One of the best features of Google Drive is the ability to create unlimited folders in all different colors. My school Google Drive is usually a mess during the week as I rush to create documents for homework or in-class assignments. As a result, the titles of the documents are generic and the documents themselves are not organized into folders.

During the evening, I decided to take the time to organize all my documents into each of the subjects’ folders and to title them properly. I also color-coded them to help me quickly spot the folder I am looking for. Since school has become more technology heavy, I find organizing my digital space just as important as organizing my physical space.
